 Travel & Service Area

Q:  Do you charge a travel fee?

A:  Yes. Travel fees may apply depending on your location.

  • 0–15 miles: Included

  • 15–30 miles: $25–$50

  • 30+ miles: Custom quote

Travel fees cover therapist time, transportation, and equipment setup.

 Booking & Minimums

Q:  Is there a minimum booking time?

A:  Yes.

  • Private events: 2-hour minimum per therapist

  • Larger events: May require multiple therapists

This helps us provide smooth, high-quality service.

 Services Offered

Q:  What types of massage do you provide?

A:  We offer:

  • Chair Massage (most popular for events)

  • Table Massage (for private/VIP sessions)

  • Thai Stretch (available upon request)

All sessions are professional, relaxing, and done while fully clothed.

 Setup Requirements

 

Q:  What do you need from us?

A:  We bring everything, including:

  • Massage chairs/tables

  • Towels and supplies

  • Sanitization materials

You provide:

  • Small space (approx. 5x5 ft per chair)

  • Access to the event location

 Event Flow & Scheduling

 

Q:  How are sessions organized?

A:  We can set up:

  • A sign-up sheet, or

  • First-come, first-served system

We’ll help choose what works best for your event.

 Payment Terms

 

Q:  How does payment work?

A:  30% deposit required to secure your booking

  • Remaining balance due on or before event day

  • Accepted payments:

Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card (processing fees may apply)

 Cancellation Policy

 

Q:  What if I need to cancel?

A:  48+ hours notice: Deposit can be transferred

  • Less than 48 hours: 50% of deposit is non-refundable

 Private Event Add-Ons

 

Q: Do you offer upgrades for parties?

A:  Yes! Enhance your event with:

  • Bouquet ($50–$100) with card

  • Celebration bottle styling ($100)

  • Perfect for birthdays, gatherings, and special celebrations.

 Alcohol Policy

 

Q:  Do you provide wine or alcohol?

A:  We do not sell alcohol.

       However, we can:

  • Style and decorate bottles

Q: Are your therapists licensed?

A: Yes. All therapists are:

  • Certified (CAMTC compliant)

  • Experienced professionals

  • Insured

Q:  Do you work with companies or hospitals?

A:  Yes! We specialize in:

 Booking Timeline

 

Q: How far in advance should I book?

  • Small events: 1–2 weeks

  • Large events: 2–4 weeks

  • Last-minute bookings may be available.
