Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation

All events are confirmed upon agreement of service details. A deposit may be required to secure your date and therapist availability.

Cancellations & Changes

We request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. This allows us to adjust scheduling and staffing accordingly.

 

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: no charge or full refund (if deposit paid)

  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours: may be subject to a partial charge

  • Same-day cancellations: may be subject to full service charge

Event Adjustments

Final therapist count and hours should be confirmed in advance. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, depending on availability.

No-Show / Reduced Participation

If fewer participants attend than expected, the reserved service time and staffing will still be billed as scheduled.
